💼 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated ST4+ level Clinical Fellow to join our dynamic and forward-thinking Emergency Department.
You'll be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team working across Resus, Majors, Minors, Paediatrics, and Rapid Assessment zones, with 24-hour consultant-led support. You will provide leadership out-of-hours, supervise junior staff, and help deliver exceptional care to all unselected emergency patients.

✅ About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds full GMC registration with license to practice
- Has at least 4 years post-registration, with 1+ year in UK Emergency Medicine
- Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and clinical acumen
- Has ALS, ATLS, APLS or equivalent certification (or working toward)
- Is passionate about patient care and continuous learning
