Clinic Highlights:

• Billing model reviewed annually to maximise GP earnings (bulk vs mixed billing).

• Standard 15-minute appointments (some 10-minute) with average 4.5 patients per hour.

• Average earnings: $300–$350 per hour, with approx. $85 per patient including government incentive.

• Guaranteed minimum salary for first 6 months
