Aidan is a results focused recruiter who specialises in placing Emergency Medicine doctors across the NHS. He has worked with junior, middle grade and consultant level doctors to transform departments that have traditionally suffered with high locum spend and staff shortages.
Aidan places a huge emphasis on building long term relationships with both clients and candidates. He works closely with them to give the personal touch and sees every placement he makes as a step closer to solving the NHS staffing crisis.
