Senior Recruitment Consultant
Tom is a specialist recruiter for Medicine Doctors having worked with Acute and Specialist departments across the NHS. He has a unique understanding of the challenges facing the NHS and particularly the shortages that exist across Medicine specialisms.
Tom takes a very personal approach with both candidates and clients to ensure that the placements he makes are the perfect fit. Combined with the rest of the medicine team, his extensive network of contacts in the NHS put Tom in an excellent position to always provide the best job opportunities.
Tom also takes great care when it comes to looking after the relocation of the doctors he places. Whilst his relocation team work directly with his doctors day to day, he takes an active interest in aftercare to ensure the best conversion and retention rates.
