Surrounded by a leafy countryside and still within close distance of major metropolitan areas, you will join one the country’s most renowned large teaching and tertiary care hospital’s with a major trauma centre. Collaborating with colleagues responsible for the provision of acute CT and US for emergency patients. You will also contribute to the general radiology reporting and subspecialities depending on your training

  • Working as part of a Multidisciplinary team
  • Provision of Acute CT and Ultrasound for ED patients
  • Reporting MSK, GI, Chest or any sub-specialist interest (dependant upon previous training)
  • Contributing towards the general radiology workload
  • Participating in the on-call rota (which may involve cross-site cover)
  • Providing a high quality emergency radiology service within a teaching hospital
  • Working co-operatively with all other members of the team
  • Attending MDT meetings (within your preferred areas)

Radiology Department

  • 2 MR Scanners (Siemens Aera 1.5T and 1.5T Avanto)
  • 9 Ultrasound Rooms (4 x GE Logiq E9, 1 X Siemens Acuson S200 and 4 x Philips IU22)
  • 2 Vascular Angiography Rooms
  • 2 Gamma Cameras
  • PET CT Unit
