Main Duties:

• To participate and contribute to multidisciplinary team working.

• Diagnosing and treating medical conditions specific to older adults.
• Managing complex health issues, chronic diseases, and age-related ailments.
• Conducting comprehensive geriatric assessments to evaluate overall health and functional abilities.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans for elderly patients.
• Addressing cognitive impairments and dementia-related challenges.
• Prescribing and managing medications to ensure appropriate dosages and interactions.
• Providing guidance on lifestyle modifications and preventive measures to promote healthy aging.
• Offering support and counselling to patients and their families to address end-of-life care and advanced care planning.
• Conducting research and contributing to advancements in geriatric medicine and healthcare for the elderly.
• Participating in medical education and training programs to enhance the knowledge of healthcare professionals in geriatric care.
• Advocating for the needs and rights of older adults within the healthcare system

Requirements:
